Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping at Foil Tec

Foil Tec use international shipping carrier for delivering your order. 

Shipping Cost: Shipping cost will show in checkout page as per shipping location.

Order processing time: 1 - 2 Business days (for some country it takes 2 - 2 business days).

Transit time: As foil Tec ship worldwide & use international shipping transit time will vary for different location. Transit time will show in checkout as per shipping location/destination.

We use door to door couriers for all our shipping.  Foil Tec usually take 1-2 business days to process your item, once your item is with a courier it usually takes different time to reach your destination.  You will receive a tracking number once your item is shipped.  Currently there are shipping delays due to COVID-19 and other unforeseen circumstances.   We will work with you best we can to get your item to you as soon as possible.  Once the item has left our warehouse it is up to the couriers to get you your parcel and it is out of our control. 

If you have not received your parcel within the allotted time frame please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you to find your parcel. 

If you choose a courier that has a mandatory Authority To Leave (ATL)  and they have photos of your parcel being delivered and for some reason it goes missing, Foil Tec or the courier can not assist you further with your claim.  Please choose your courier carefully.

The receiver is liable for all duties and taxes on delivery, and these differ from country to country. 

Damage in Shipping

If your product is damaged in shipping please contact us straight away with photos of your item, the damage, inside packaging and outside packaging. Please do not throw away your packaging as some couriers will want to inspect it.  

Damage in Return Shipping

If you decide to return your item and the item is damaged in return shipping, you are no longer eligible for a return. This especially applies to boards as they are fragile items.  If your return item is damaged, we will contact you and send the item back to you. 

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are required to pay all return shipping costs; these costs are non-refundable.
