We ship worldwide our website has live quoting and will automatically be added to your total cost. Foil Tec uses door to door couriers to deliver your parcels.

If you parcel does not arrive in the allowed time please contact us immediately at info@foil-tec.com with name, phone number, shipping address and order number so we can assist you.

If your parcel is damaged in shipment, please take photos of the damage, inside packaging and outside packaging with label clearly displayed and forward all details to us at info@foil-tec.com. Do not throw away your packaging as some couriers insist on personally inspecting packaging. We will assist you in repair or replacement of your item. See more info by clicking here.

Yes, we have an easy 30 days returns policy. We are happy to exchange your product if it is unused and still in its original packaging. Please email us before returning your item.

Yes, if your item is in new condition, unused and still in its packaging and returned within the 30-day time you can return it for a full refund (not including shipping costs). For more information click here.

If your item if faulty we can warranty your item according to individual manufacturers guidelines. Please contact us if you have an issue with your product, with photos and details and we will check with the manufacturer for you.

We suggest three foil options when you are starting out. These depend on your weight ranges of course but we love the Armstrong CF950, Armstrong HS1250 for those who know they will progress quite quickly and the Lift 150 Surf. All of these options are a great place to start and later on you will be able to change your front wing and/or stabiliser and use the same foil as you progress.

There are a few options here. For a complete beginner, and to make life easy we suggest Amos Shapes Frequent Flyer Foil Board or Armstrong’s Wing Surf Foil Board. Both are high volume and very stable. Other options in the Amos Shapes range is the Nitro, which is also high volume (getting you into waves early – important!) but will also keep you foiling well into your intermediate skill level as you progress.
