Chop Tail Surf-inspired foilboard by Amos Shapes
Developed in collaboration with team riders Tom Earl and Zane Westwood, the Nano is built for those seeking a more surf-like feel and an aggressive approach to turns. With a reduced tail length, this compact prone foil board allows riders to effortlessly execute tight, technical turns and tackle steep waves without rail contact.
The reduced tail length increases manoeuvrability, allowing for seamless transitions and tight, controlled turns. A wider tail adds stability, making foam rebounds and quick recoveries easier between manoeuvres.
The flat deck supports an offset stance, while balanced nose volume keeps the board light underfoot. With additional chest volume, paddling efficiency is improved without compromising swing weight, resulting in a board that blends responsiveness with stability.
